Returns & Exchanges

We offer replacements or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange:
  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product was damaged or leaked during shipping.

  • The product has visible defects upon arrival.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for used or opened products due to the nature of our items (e.g., oils, soaps, teas, and herbs) and hygiene concerns.

Return/Exchange Process
  1. Report the Issue Within 3 Days
    Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Review & Approval
    Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval and share the return shipping details if applicable.

  3. Exchange/Replacement
    After receiving the returned item (if required), we will process your exchange or replacement.

Important Notes
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless damaged in transit).

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was on our end.

  • No returns or exchanges on sale items, promotional bundles, or customized orders.
