Returns & Exchanges
We offer replacements or exchanges only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Exchange:
You received the wrong item.
The product was damaged or leaked during shipping.
The product has visible defects upon arrival.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for used or opened products due to the nature of our items (e.g., oils, soaps, teas, and herbs) and hygiene concerns.
Return/Exchange Process
Report the Issue Within 3 Days
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.Review & Approval

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless damaged in transit).
